Bambi Baby, a leading retailer in the baby furniture industry, faced significant challenges during
the peak of the COVID-19 supply chain crisis. Rising shipping costs, increased cost of goods,
and shifting consumer spending patterns were impacting sales—especially in high-ticket nursery sets.
Problem:
Bambi Baby had been investing heavily in Google Ads through an external agency. However,
while the agency excelled at implementation and adjustments, they lacked a clear, structured
strategy to maximize profitability. The brand needed a smarter approach to its campaigns to
drive conversions and revenue efficiently.
Process:
